We (Balancepoint)
are not responsible for any injuries that may be a result of any of our
products. Darts
and accessories we sell are not for use by children. Darts should never be thrown at someone's eyes, face or
person. We (Balancepoint) are not responsible for any injuries that may be the results of such
actions. It
is the buyer’s responsibility to keep our product away from young children, and
to play darts responsibly at all times. By completing your order you agree to all of the above, you and you alone will be liable for all injuries that may be a
result of any our products
Our Return Policies:
Yes
they are guaranteed for life! Just send us the broken dart and we will replace
it. You will not receive a full set; only the dart that is broken. This
guarantee is for darts that break under normal use. We do not replace darts for
normal wear (the knurling wearing down or the dart showing signs of age). Just
send us the broken dart; you must pay for the return shipping, and we will send
you a new dart without any charge.
Order
Corrections:
If there is any mistake in
your order please contact us ASAP at (info@bpdarts.com) let us know what is wrong
and we will contact you. If an item is just missing we will send it right away
at no cost to you, if we sent you the wrong item we will explain how to return your
order. Mistakes can happen, and we try our best to make sure you are happy with
your purchase. We stand behind our products and will do anything reasonable to
keep our customers happy.
