Something More - A Dart For You!

"Out there in the far East somewhere (at least far east to someone living in Washington state and referring to anything east of the Rockies) there is a company that makes darts. Not just any dart though, but a well balanced, aggressively gripped, movable tipped dart that flies like a dream and fights back against the foul wires of old pub dartboards that desperately need changing, or at least rotating. This company not only makes darts for those of you out there living in round wire world, but also for those of us who just need a little more grip, or balance, or anything for that matter.

It’s one thing to make darts, anyone can do it provided they’ve got a bunch of tungsten and some CNC machine tools, but it’s another to have passion and the desire to perfect something. A driving desire to make something better, to have purpose, to do more, be more and deliver something.

Well, Dan Simmons has done it.

Dan is the brains and drive behind Balance Point Darts out of Akron Ohio and he’s been on a quest to build a well balanced professional dart with a movable tip that won’t wear out the collet (the little part that keeps it in the dart) and provide excellent bounce out protection. Well, he’s done it.

The Balance Point Saber dart with ACE tips is one heck of a dart. Everyone I’ve shown it to likes it. They love the feel, the grip, the balance, the way it fly’s and for those needing a movable tip (i.e. don’t get to play on razor wire boards like me) it’s got that covered too.

It’s rare that someone comes up with something new and Dan’s done just that. The Balance Point Saber isn’t just a different barrel design or another movable tip type, nope it’s a new dart and one that I think just about anybody who throws one will like.

Mr Simmons, I want to thank you for all the free products you included with my purchase of your 24g Saber darts. I love the darts they have a nice grip, grippy, but not to grippy. They also have a very nice balance. You were right the 24gram feels heavy enough! Im very impressed with the ace points. Ive thrown all kinds of darts from Bottelsen to Unicorn and your darts are right at the top. The points are way better than hammerheads. I also like the tiger points you sent they really stick in the dartboard. The cool tool is really neat as well. Last but not least thanks for the new flights. I like the colors.Keep up the good work.

I am confident that the dart body is of exceptional design and quality as is all of BalancePoint's products.
That which impresses me most is the ACE moveable point. It is the Ulitmate MP and will fit virtually any 2BA tapped dart body including Unicorn.
Dan hit a Grand Slam with this one.

TON80 Review

I have been throwing darts since 1997. When you showed up at our local Saturday tourney with your case full of darts.
I decided to give them a try because a good friend was really bragging about them. After a couple of practice rounds I asked
to finish the tourney with them, you let me, I won. Balancepoints are all that I've thrown since.

I throw the TON 80's, this dart is exactly what the name implies, BALANCED, I have not seen any dart fly SO TRUE, and
I've tried a lot of darts. I know from talking to you that you aren't one of the big names, only for profit dart companies. You get
satisfaction from seeing others throw well.

About 9 months ago I bought a set of 501's, man what a grip!! I used to throw kick ass, and I would find myself having to buy
a new set about every 4-5 months because they would lose there grip, and I played 2 times a week. This season I play 3-4 times
a week and blind draws on weekends. The 501's still have the same grip as the day I bought them, and they fly so nice, Man
what a dart!!!
